Passion for Civic Involvement

Civic responsibility must be demonstrated by the student with civic, charitable or political organizations. Examples could be promoting social and political causes, volunteer activities etc. Student must provide a record of success in academic course work. 2 letters of recommendation from teachers. One letter of recommendation from a member of a type of organization referred to in Item 2 above. Submission of a 200 word essay discussing why you think you have had a positive impact on the community. Completed application
